Divorce Mediation
A Structured Alternative to Litigation
Divorce mediation is a confidential process that allows couples to resolve the terms of their separation outside of court. Rather than litigating disputes before a judge, both individuals work together in a structured setting to reach practical, sustainable agreements.
Divorce is not only a legal process. It is a transition in the life of a family.
As a relationship expert, family therapist, and couples counselor with over two decades of experience, my work in mediation is informed by a deep understanding of family dynamics, conflict management, attachment, and child development. I am attentive not only to the decisions being made, but to how those decisions will shape the long-term stability of the family system — particularly when children are involved.
Divorce Mediation May Address:

-
Division of assets and property
-
Spousal support
-
Parenting plans and custody arrangements
-
Decision-making authority
-
Financial and logistical planning
Financial matters are addressed at a high level within mediation. When detailed analysis is required, I collaborate with trusted financial professionals to ensure decisions are grounded and well-considered. Independent legal review is encouraged before agreements are finalized.
My Role
I serve as a neutral professional. My role is to maintain structure, reduce unnecessary escalation, and help translate conflict into workable agreements.
The goal is not reconciliation. The goal is thoughtful resolution — and a stable foundation for what comes next.
